My Dad's Christmas Day Tradition: Purchase a Boston Butt, (they're always on sale). Line a baking pan with aluminum foil that is large enough to hold your butt ( just a little humor). Salt and pepper and place in the pan fat side up. Pour in about 1 inch of water and bake for about 4 hours at 300 degrees. The secret is long and slow. It will be so tender it will fall apart so you will need a very sharp knife to slice it. Make sandwiches or just eat it plain, but first slather on the Daddy-Natty's. "Thanks Dad" Daddy-Natty's as a dip: "Yep", I've seen friends in my kitchen (when they didn't know I was looking) using chips and one was even sopping it up with bread. What's next? A Bloody Mary mix? Daddy-Natty's Fried Turkey: Before you fry that turkey, (have your local fire department and paramedics on stand by) inject it with Daddy-Natty's Bar B-Q Sauce. "Bill"
